Bought in the USA from MRI? Were you promised that rental would cover mortgage and other costs? - mortgage costs
I bought a property that MRI in the international real estate abroad. I was promised that the rent would cover my mortgage and other costs. This has not happened. I listen to others as I would like to address this problem.

It was part of the lease, or just waffle travel ......
if part of the contract (which I doubt) then you have reason to act.
Id be surprised if any organization can enter into an agreement which guarantees the rental income exceeds the mortgage payments
