What causes my high cholesterol? - high cholesterol causes more condition_symptoms

I recently had a blood test, resulting in a cholesterol from 241st I do not know why though. Most food we eat that are low in cholesterol. I know you eat chicken twice a month and I have a mirror more often in early summer - but it could cause an immediate increase in cholesterol levels?
I know it is the family - in my family has high cholesterol.

Besides, how can I reduce? What foods should I eat to prevent it.

Cholesterol comes from animals, if a food contains no cholesterol, this is not an animal (ie, fruit, vegetables) is cholesterol chicken if you eat the gizzard and liver. Ice Cream is rich in cholesterol, you can opt for sorbet.

You can lower your cholesterol by eating oatmeal, nuts such as walnuts, almonds, fish rich in omega 3 fatty acids, or simply supplement of fish and olive oil. Cheerios can help lower your cholesterol.

I think that is your total cholesterol level. I wonder what his cholesterol good? He had a total volume that was said was at the AVC. Now I take medication for it. Beware of salad dressings, many of them are good and have a very high fat and salt. I thought I would be only too well until I really startedtake care to what it says on the back of the package of ramen noodles ..... I love, but in salt-rich package with taste. I bought a pinch of salt seasoning, and it was good to add the flavor, I just bought instead of angel hair and good as ramen and cheaper. Hope this helps and let us know how it goes.
